Service charters

Service charters

As part of the improvement and quality assurance process launched by Palma's Local Police Force and following the positive experience that began with the approval of the 'Service Charter for Victims of Domestic and Gender-based Violence' (which was awarded the AENOR quality certificate in February 2007) Palma City Council is continuing with this line of strategy through the creation of other service charters in order to publicise the services offered by the Local Police and the quality standards that the public can expect to receive. As a result of this commitment, the Service Charter of the Immediate Intervention Unit, (the UII) has been approved by Mayoral Decree Number 21328 of the 16th of December 2008.

In its service charter, Palma's Local Police Force explain the services carried out by the Immediate Intervention Unit, in addition to its commitments in providing service quality in addition to the quality indicators used to measure its level of efficacy.
